Avenue of Jewels operates in the ultra-competitive fine jewelry market from their base in New York's Diamond District. They offer both natural and lab-grown diamonds across engagement rings, wedding bands, earrings, bracelets, and necklaces.
The challenge was building a store that conveyed luxury and trust — essential for high-value purchases — while also educating customers about diamond shapes, settings, and the difference between natural and lab-grown options. The existing store lacked the premium feel needed to compete with established luxury jewelry brands online.
